My name is Mrs Jennings.
Since graduating as a teacher in 1995, I have held different roles in both the education and training sectors. I have taught in Middle, Junior, Primary and Nursery schools across Surrey, Oxfordshire and London. Through my work with all age groups- from babies to adults - I have discovered my true passion is Early Years. When I'm not at school, I like spending time with my teenage children and enjoy country walks and trips to the theatre. |

Our Book Focus Eagles’ key project text this term is ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch’ by Rhonda and David Armitage. Through their English writing, the children will be exploring postcard, diary and story writing. With Mrs Di Giorno, on a Wednesday, their main text is 'How Does a Lighthouse Work?' with a focus on non-fiction writing. In their daily story time, the class will encounter a range of fiction and non-fiction books relating to this term's "Oh, we do like to be beside the seaside!" project. |
