Developing Hedgehogs knowledge of nurses in the past they have learnt about Mary Seacole. She was brave, kind and used herbal remedies, which she learnt about from her mother, to help the soldiers in the Crimean War. The children made and tried some herbal tea, similar to what Mary Seacole would have made, hoping to gets rid of all the cold germs!
