Florence Nightingale

Today Hedgehog's learnt about Florence Nightingale and how she helped to establish modern nurses and cleaning routines. The children then put this knowledge into action. They had to wash the tables, wash their hands, wash the wounds and then bandage them up, all whilst being kind, gentle and a good listener in their role as a nurse. ​
