Creating our own Programs

To build on this term’s ScratchJr learning, the Year 1’s current challenge is to design and build their own space race for three rockets. They designed on paper and later this week will use the iPads to create their own background and sprites and input and then test their algorithms.
Meanwhile, the Reception’s challenge was to swap the background and cat sprite with a suitable alternatives then build a simple programme to make their space character move.
