The Kites are learning about the accomplishments of Ed Stafford, a former British Army Officer. He holds the Guinness World Record for walking the length of the Amazon Rainforest. Our mission this week was ‘Failure to prepare, is preparing to fail’ It was time for us to prepare and pack our equipment for the trek. Some items were vital, while others were a luxury. As adventurers, we had to prioritise only sourcing and carrying the essentials!
